The History of Korean Western Theater

A theatre show by Jaha Koo. I worked with Jaha Koo to develop a robotic-like moving toad that is puppeted as an instrument within Ableton Live software. This show was completed in 2020 and is now on tour. It includes the use of a modified Cuckoo rice cooker from our previous collaboration. Together with these objects on stage Jaha explores western narratives of "theater" on the rich history of Korean theater. Credits
